Our Roots: Our Story

Anchor began with a dedicated elementary teacher in a tiny, rural Catholic school in western Pennsylvania.  She was searching for a way to make faith more personal, more consistent, and more meaningful for her students - especially in the quiet moments at the start and end of the school day.  She brought the challenge home to her husband and together they began building a solution. They wanted something simple, faithful, and rooted in everyday life. Soon, Anchor was born.

What started as a way to support a handful of students has since grown into something bigger: a tool to help anyone, anywhere, connect more deeply with their faith each day. 

10% of any proceeds generated by Anchor will be donated to the small Catholic school where it all began.
