About Anchor

Anchor began in a small rural Catholic school in western Pennsylvania, where elementary teacher Lee Dittman wanted to help her students feel more spiritually grounded each day. She was searching for a way to make faith more personal, more consistent, and more meaningful - especially in the quiet moments at the start and end of the school day. She brought the idea home to her husband, Scott, and together they began building a solution - something simple, faithful, and rooted in everyday life.

What started as a way to support a handful of students has since grown into something much bigger: a tool to help anyone, anywhere, connect more deeply with their faith each day.

Anchor was created by EVIG, a small, purpose-driven company founded by Lee Dittman.

EVIG - “Give” spelled backwards and a play on "Give Back" - is made up of a handful of professionals who develop thoughtful, values-based solutions in their spare time with one goal in mind: to make the world a better place.  Anchor is EVIG's first public offering, built from the ground up to deliver daily spiritual connection and support.

As part of EVIG's mission, 10% of Anchor’s proceeds will be donated to St. Wendelin School, the small rural Catholic school where Lee continues to teach and where Anchor was first imagined.
